Hey people,

I am trying to find out how I can download the fasta sequences of all the rRNAs and snoRNAs of a specific organism from RFAM (eg. all the rRNA molecules sequences of Homo sapiens). I am not interested in the alignments. Also, i need only the experimentally validated ones. I searched the FTP site, but I can only find the seed alignment for each family.

Do you have any suggestions? Is there a path in the database, that I haven't found yet, or i have to use some script, eg. in python?
