I am trying to use snplylo for 10 almond cultivars but I get the following error:
Error in sprintf("\tcontent: %d rows x %d columns\n", line.cnt, col.cnt) :
invalid format '%d'; use format %f, %e, %g or %a for numeric objects
Do you know how to overcome this or can you suggest alternatives to snplylo?
