I believe I am having trouble with the BuildDatabase step (for some inputs, but not all) And that this is causing subsequent non-0 exit status of my runs

While a reply from the author(s) is best-case scenario, I've noticed that several threads on their Github were answered after a few months' wait time.

So, I hope someone with experience running the latest version of RepeatModeler and it's dependencies, can help me out with my troubleshooting. Thanks, in advance!
