hicexplorer hicPlotTADs configuration file

Wanted to ask about the configuration file .ini that you have to put as input for the hicPlotTAD tool. First of you create it yourself using f.e. text editor and save it as .ini file ? Also you must have this configuration file among the .h5 .bed .bw files that are in the configuration file or it doesnt matter? And also i have to put the full path for each file (.h5, .bed, .bw) in the confi file, right ?
