how to interpret fold change (fc) in ballgown
Hi, How to interpret fold change (fc) in ballgown results? For example, if you are comparing a treatment and control groups and ballgown says that fc for a. certain gene 0.75, does this mean that the expression in the treatment group is 0.75 that in the control group for that gene? regards,
