Would it be possible for me to have 1 vcf and stipulate that exomiser look at only 1 individual at a time, or is the only way to have vcfs for each unrelated person? Exomiser seems to state that you can have multiple individuals in 1 vcf if they're related (http://exomiser.github.io/Exomiser/manual/7/analysis_file_config/#vcf) but doesn't state if unrelated is possible, so would just like to be sure it's not if anyone can help.
