Hi.all l have four samples from four experiments. 5021 genes that are folding change more than 2 and 2317 long coding RNA. How can I make a co-expression with this data? thanks a lot

There's no way to make a meaningful WGCNA with 4 samples (it's not clear what you mean by 4 experiments...).

Dude, just don't do it. You cannot create any meaningful results from just 4 samples.
