Gene Ontology in Denovo
Dear All
I am working on Scorpion. I used the trinity for assembly. In gene ontology part I used the goseq and expect to have a lot of term about the venom but the term is limited. which other software is suitable for GO analysis. However I didn't get any output with WEGO too.
