WGCNA network analysis does it gather opposite profiles ?
Hi,
I just wonder if when WGNA performs an undirected analysis does it gather in modules genes with opposite expression pattern ?
Or does it gather only parallel expression patterns ?

Do you mean undirected or unsigned? You are referring to positive and negative correlation, right? See here: https://peterlangfelder.com/2018/11/25/signed-or-unsigned-which-network-type-is-preferable/
Ok, a shame I didnt foreseen this before running the analysis and going throught interpretation, unsigned seemed a good option at first ! I am unsure if it's a huge problem of if it just prevents me from doing some interpretation ^^
