Downloaded an individual gene sequence from multiple annotated sequences in Genbank
I'd like to pull down every instance of the viral gene BALF4 from human gammaherpesvirus 4 (Epstein-Barr virus). There are 481 genomes or gene sequences annotated with BALF4 on Genbank and I'd like to download from each of them just BALF4, not the whole genome (even if it's available). I've tried various options on genbank but keep getting whole genomes instead.
