Which types of DEGs should be chosen for "Short Time-series Expression Miner (STEM)"
I hava five states transcriptome data,1 control, and 4 time-coursed treatment. I want to do the time-coursed experiment. Which DEGs should be selected? In chronological order? such as "time 1 vs control"; "time 2 vs time 1" ...... OR "time 1 vs control"; "time 2 vs control"...... Which types of DEGs should be chosen ?
