Do you know some script or program to plot the results from Interproscan?

Hi there, I already have finished the annotation of the genome what I am working. I annotated with BLASP and Interproscan, and as output, I asked to Interproscan a TSV format. Do you know some script or program to plot the results such as the plots that BLAST2GO PRO offers?

Not sure such a thing exists. Do you mean all round summary statistics ?

GOplot is a very nice package, you can make better plots than blast2go.
