ChIP-Seq tag counts
Hi Everyone,
Can I use tag counts from ChIP-Seq data as inputs for machine learning? I did not call peaks, however, so that the features will not be simply binary.

I'm not sure if it's useful, but there is no reason why you cannot use those. Just make sure you understand the technology and the biology before you start using machine learning on your data.
