iClusterPlus heatmap labeling samples and genes
Hi. I'm using iClusterPlus to make a heatmap. I wanted the heatmap to show CNV, mutation, and mRNA expression all together. So, I used plotHeatmap function. But, I cannot tell genes and samples. Is there any option to label samples and genes in the function? Or is there any way I can distinguish samples and genes in the heatmap?
