Alignment through Dynamic programming
Compute the dynamic programming table and alignments for the sequence: 1) GGAATGG And ATG where symbol match=0, mismatch= 20 and gap insertion=25
when I try to solve then I will get the wrong alignment please help me

I don't think we help you by solving your school assignment, especially for textbook things like this. YouTube also has good descriptions for this.
sir i solve it but i my teacher said that your alignment is wrong thats why i am asking here
Talk to your teacher. It is his/her job to support you. Ask what exactly is wrong and what the resources are you can look up to solve your problem.
