Pattern with R

Hello, you dear,

via a program I have received the following pattern count.

Counter({AAAA: 22128, CCCC: 22127})

I want to convert it now as a list, so that in the first column "AAAA" there are all corresponding values and so also for all combinations. Does anyone have an idea how to program this well?

Thank you very much!

r genome gene

Please post example output expected drenz

An example output would be then:

AAAA CCCC

1 22128 22127

Without "Counter" and the brackets.

I wasn't aware of a Counter within R, are you transferring data from python to R?

Yes, exactly, I got these counters out of Python. Now I want to create a list, which contains the pattern as list name and then the respective number. The problem is that R prints it to me as a single line, but I want it separated as just described.

Post some code: We don't yet know how you are transferring the data from python to R and as such we don't know how the data is stored within R or how to convert it to a data.frame.

I'd suggest that the encoding you've desire probably isn't the best, that maybe two columns "pattern" and "count" might be more appropriate than having a column for each pattern.

This is how I read the data into R:

daten <- read.table("/PATTERN.txt", header = FALSE, sep = "\t");

That's right, that would probably be a better representation. But how do I do that?

Can you add more example rows, and expected output? Is it always 2 items?

No, it's not always two, it's up to 50:
