Cell Division and Role of the "RB" protein

How does the Retinoblastoma protein specifically inhibit DNA replication?

Does anyone have a link (more information) on this "RB" protein?

Supposedly, this "RB" protein inhibits (S-phase of cell division) DNA replication until it becomes phosphorylated by two other proteins CDK and Cyclin-D.

How specifically does it do that?

This reads like homework assignment. RB has been studied for at least a couple of decades so I would assume it is mentioned in cell biology textbooks. Otherwise use your favorite web search engine for reviews on the subject.
