It is showing some error msg ....not sure How I can fix it?

The key message is this:

**Error: bad format, binary auxfiles, /opt/apps/ITSx/1.0.11/ITSx_db/HMMs/F.hmm:
binary auxfiles are in an outdated HMMER format (3/b); please hmmpress your HMM file

I don't know ITSx but I assume it depends on HMMER. The error message says the hmm profiles have been built with the wrong version of HMMER, you have to contact your at a admin and ask him to hmmpress the profiles with the correct version of HMMER.

Thanks, it is resolved with admin help.
