Hello Team,
I am getting the below mentioned error while running the structure software [V2.3.4] (used strauto) with NUMINDS : 170, and NUMLOCI : 780897, INFILE : File1 parameter (mainparams) .At the same time I am able to run with same parameter (mainparams) with NUMINDS : 135 and NUMLOCI : 564399 INFILE : File2.Both File1 and File2 generated by using plink command. Please can you let me know why I am getting memory related issue while increasing NUMINDS & NUMLOCI. RAM size is 528GB.
structure command used :
./structure -D 610044 -K 1 -m mainparams -o k1/base_strcut_plink.recode_k1_run1 > log/k1/base_strcut_plink.recode_k1_run1
Error Details:
Number of alleles per locus: min= 2; ave=2.8; max= 3 Error in assigning memory (not enough space?).Below are the mainparams I am using.
