graph dataset, drug prediction
is there any graph dataset in bioinformatics. would like to do predictive modelling like predicting the drug for the target like that. i am new to bioinformatics. i know machine learning and deep learning also i know network analysis. is there any available problem like that so that i can apply these ml algorithms and any dataset available like that.
