GATK Best Practices on Google Cloud
Does anyone have experience actually running the GATK best practices on Google Cloud?
Even following their protocol exactly as defined here (https://cloud.google.com/genomics/docs/tutorials/gatk) and using the provided test dataset, the workflow consistently fails.
I was hoping to see if anyone has had success with the workflow, before I start doing more major debugging (error messages have been inconsistent, making the task non-trivial).
