im trying to understand probability function in r.as i have to apply this for real samples.to calculate the estimated probability of death for the 8 different combinations of neutron dose and treatment. Plot the estimated probabilities.
below is the table from which i shd estimate the probability dose- 200,200,240, 240,260,260,280,280 treatment - 11011000 dead- 11001101
how do i estimate probability of 8 different combinations of dose from the table.as the real table is a dataset with the length of 500
