Hi,

I have a data set about tumor and I want to analyze it to see the effects of activation/deactivation of phosphorylation sites in mTOR signaling pathway. I need to know the status of phosphorylation sites in mTOR signaling pathway of a normal person for several kineses. I appreciate if someone could assist me with finding a methodology to set the initial values for some phosphorylation sites of a normal tissue that I work on. My major is computer science and to be honest, I have no idea if my question is so complicated or easy:)
