when you prep DNA at stool, Were you also so?
Greetings.
I preparated genomic DNA with Pig stool, but the concentration got lower. about 3~4 (ng/ul) when I measured by nanodrop, A260 / A280 and A260 / A230 did not come out well. Especially A260 / A230 was 0.4~0.5. when you prep at stool, A260.A230 was too low under 1.0? During experiment, I filtered DNA two times but it was insufficient?
