i read the article，the interaction network diagram is nice ,they say they plot it in R ,,the source node is RNA bind proteins ,target node is gene, i also want to plot it, source nodes is in a circle， but i don't know which R packages could plot it , could you tell me ？ thank you very muchsource nodes to target nodes

965589073, you are not trying. Did you not look at the tutorial through the link provided by zx8754? There are various packages listed, including igraph, networkD3, visNetwork, et cetera.
