I am new to bioinformatics and I am learning cytoscape for my data visualization. I have done gene enrichment analysis using g:profiler and added the output into cytoscape using map enrichment plugin. I want to compare the p-value at 16 and 24 hours for same node (SOMETHING LIKE THIS https://goo.gl/images/q6puyq); however, there is no option in to select both hours in fill-option. how to set two values for one node?
