Hi everyone,
Does anyone know why when I search for miR-10b-5p human (species code = 9606) manually on http://www.targetscan.org/vert_72/, it has the result for this miR and its targets as in the picture below but when I search in the Prediction files, I cannot find it? It seems AOK (all okay) for me. Can you confirm what you are doing to obtain the "Prediction files"?
