Understanding LD with tassel results
Hi
Can some please help me to understand how to interpret the results that i get from a LD matrix generated by Tassel, technically I get 17 columns with the next headers:
Locus1 Position1 Site1 NumberOfStates1 States1 Frequency1 Locus2 Position2 Site2 NumberOfStates2 States2 Frequency2 Dist_bp R^2 DPrime pDiseq N
But dont know what each column mean.
