Hi,

Off of rcsb, or any other database, is there a way for me to download the binding site pdb (and not the rest) and the actual ligand which binds? That is, without downloading the entire pdb, selecting the ligand, making some distance around it, deleting everything else, and then saving and separating the ligand and binding site by hand?
