Difference between microarray normalisation methods
Hi All,
I have a question about microarray normalisation. I read about it, RMA/ GCRMA normalisation methods widely use in the experiments. However, I saw ''global median scaling'' in some papers. When I search difference between these methods, I couldn't find any reliable info. Do you have any idea gcRMA and ''global median scaling'' are same methods or different from each other?
