Dear all, I going to make expression gene analysis and methylated analysis of the GSE62019 and GSE96067, but in both cases I am interested only to some samples. In details, from GSE62019 I already got the expressionset containing all data. So I wish to: 1. remove samples that I am not interested by the sampleNames or 2. make new datasets from the original ones WITHOUT the samples (by sampleNames) that I am not interested. I am sure that someone of you already knows how to do.
