What's the meaning of the strand+ or strand-?

I'm a new explorer in circRNA. I want to get the sequence of a circRNA. But I find my circRNA is different from the other circRNA! Just like the picture, the most circRNA is strand+，but my circRNA is strand- . I'm wondering the meaning of strand + or strand -. I hope someone can solve my question. Thanks

Yes this is where the gene is located on the DNA strand. DNA is made of two separate 'strands' that are complementary to each other and make up the DNA double helix. The strands are referred to as positive/forward strand, or negative/reverse strand. This other Biostars post answers it in good detail: Forward And Reverse Strand Conventions

The strand information specifies if an RNA has been transcribed from either the top (+) or bottom (-) strand of the template DNA. This is a very basic biology question, and I strongly recommend to get some background in it before continuing your analysis.
