Where to find location of sequenced exons in TCGA whole exome sequencing data

I want to analyze mutation distribution among the exons using MAF files from TCGA project. For this purpose I need to know the location of sequenced exons. Where can I find these locations?

Experimental protocol, including primer information, is contained in the metadata .xml file associated with each .bam file
