Package or server to make peptide fragment library for ab initio structural modeling?

I want to make peptide fragment libraries for ab initio structural modeling of several proteins.

I only know Robetta for this purpose.

Could anyone suggest some more packages or web server that do the same thing?

I have several proteins thus throughput is a factor.
