Problem installing R package "PTMscape" in windows

Hi,

I am trying to install one of the R packages named PTMscape package from the this https://github.com/ginnyintifa/PTMscape link and going by the instructions. I changed the linear.cpp file as mentioned here, my query is I am not able to execute the Makefile command after that. Do I need to keep this linear package in the bin folder of RStudio or I need to follow some different set of instruction?
