Mauve for unique sequence
Hello,
I aligned 10 whole genomes using Mauve successfully. Right now, I am currently searching for all unique sequences of one particular organism for the purpose of using BLAST on them to confirm their uniqueness. Is there a way or a program that allows me to get the unique sequences and batch it in one file? I've searched this site, but I don't seem to have an answer.
