How to identify interactive partners that contact a specific residues in a protein?
Dear every one,
If now I have a protein and know one residue position is very important in its interaction with other proteins in cells, but I have no idea what the interactive partners of the proteins in cells are. Do you know any method to find out the interactive partners of this known protein which interact with it through the important residue position? The method could be experimental or bioinformatics. I will appreciate any help from you.
