Could anyone be able to give some suggestions about the labs focusing on cancer biology using applied bioinformatics tools and methods, in USA?

I give one example here: Han Liang's Research Group in MD Anderson

There are 1000s of such labs spread across the World, reflective of where most research funding goes. It seems strange that you would come here with a general question like this and then post a link to one lab in particular in Texas.

Because I am looking for positions, I think it is better to have an at least un-exhaustive list somewhere for starters.

This lab I mentioned is publishing very interesting papers every year, so I noticed it.

Even there are 1000s, only a few you could remember.
