convert gene IDs of Ovis aries genes to human orthologue Ensembl gene IDs in Biomart
Hi I have many many genes from Oar-V3.1.gtf ,with these names : MHCII-DRB1,OVAR-DQA1,LOC105603009, LOC105616604,LOC105605738,LOC105604038,PDCD10,LOC101116449,RABGGTB,ST6GALNAC3. How I can convert them of Ovis aries genes to human orthologue Ensembl gene IDs, by use of Biomart???Please help me.Thanks
