Error running NanoOK tutorial
Hi,
I have tough time with NanoOK tutorial. I stuck with a JAVA nullpoint error at extract stage.

YESTERDAY?!? That's not an unreasonable long period of waiting you went through! Please have a bit more patience with people developing free software.
I know right, but I want to solve the problem as soon as possible. While reporting error, I wondered if someone had same kind of problems or troubleshooting experience, so I posted this.
That's a valid strategy, but you should also mention when you create the post that you've sent an email, are waiting for a response and in the meantime and trying to check if others have faced similar problems.
On a related note, the only tag you've used in
software error, which is extremely vague and will not popup in a search by tag such asNanoOK. Don't you think it would help your case if you had added more relevant, specific tags?OK, thanks for your note. I edited the post.
