Hi All, I am trying to do mibiota data analysis and was goiung through this tutorial here. The tutorial used this data here, but couldn't understand these three data sets (example.final.an.unique_list.0.03.cons.taxonomy.txt, example.metadata.txt, example.SCFA.txt) are created or basically I couldn't understand what's in them and how they are being used.

I have my data in the format below and wanted to split/modify so I could follow the tutorial, but just couldn't understand the format/contents of the data they used in the tutorial. I would really appreciate if someone could clarify.
