How to automatically retrieve genes of preselected enzymes in a pathway map?

Is there any tool that allows to click/manually select some enzymes of a pathway map and automatically retrieve the genes of those enzymes into a list?

Download the csv with Gene to GO mapping from Ensembl Biomart, open in excel sheet, and search for "enzyme".

This is probably the easiest solution without programming involved that I could think off, but there could be some websites out there too.
