For how long are EMBOSS programs results available ?
I am going to have to use EMBOSS online services quite a lot in the next few days (Needle, Water, Transeq,...). For how long are the results of such online services available ? Are they always available via their URL or are they deleted after a certain amount of time ? I have looked directly on the website but I can't find the information.

Results from online tools are available for a maximum of 7 days. You will be able to see the following message when you run EBI tools. It is advisable to download the results locally instead of relying on the web URL.
If you want to make a lot of use of EMBOSS, you could consider using the local version. You can install it from here.
