Hii,, actually I got a data of brain cancer and normal genome of brain. So can anyone clear me how to compare these two genome for finding SNP?

Hello, please note that you already opened 3 threads in one day on this subject. Maybe that would have be better to write down in one thread what you want to achieve.

Google your key words (brain, SNP, discovery, tumor) could be a good start.

You also have a section for SNP in Biostars at the top of the page.
