You've not phrased the question properly. Please write a more meaningful question or this post will be closed. Remove additional ?symbols as that do not add anything to the question.

This would be in the ppos (percentage positive matches) field (raw number of positive scoring matches, i.e. "protein similarity" is in positives.)

That would be pident.

I didn't find ppos directly in the report. I click the sequence alignments that I am interested in, and click "alignment" column, and find the positivities, as well as identities.
