What is op.tf.ass format when I am trying to download a list of transcription factors?
No worries. Those files are just compressed text.

Sorry how I can open them? I did not figure out
You just need to
gunzip
the files. They are text.Sorry I am in mac, when I am right clicking on the file to option for unzipping or so on just open with VLC
When you download the file your Mac should offer you the option of opening the file with
Archive utility
. Doing that should uncompresses the file automatically. If that does not happen, right click on the saved.gz
file and chooseOpen with
-->Archive utility
.Thank you but what I am downloading does not have .gz suffix rather only op.tf.ass
Then the file has already been decompressed. You can view it in a text editor or do whatever you need to do with it.
