I am trying to use AUGUSTUS 3.2.3 in the protein profile mode. However, I see an error that reads:

 augustus: ERROR
    Invalid block no. in SubstateModel::blockNoOfB

Is there a user here who knows which version of AUGUSTUS does not throw this error (I vaguely remember ver 2.6 worked OK for me in --ppx mode)

and/or

how to modify any upstream steps to avoid this error (during prepareAlign or msa2prfl while making the protein profile, or the AUGUSTUS syntax per se?) Thanks!
