Dummy / simulated genomic data
Hi,
For some testing purpose I would like to use some dummy genomic data (VCF, BAM and FASTQ - for WGS, WES, RNA-Seq and gene panels). Before trying to simulate them I would like to know if there is such dataset already available somewhere ?

There are plenty of real datasets available. Look at the Genome in a Bottle data site. All data is available on GiB GitHub site.

Don't get me wrong, but according to your CV on Github, you almost have a decade of experience in the field with numerous publications where you analyzed NGS data. I hope this is not inappropriate to say that, but this question sounds kind of like your account being hacked or something (I really mean no offense).
No my account was not hacked. I know how to simulate genomic data but I do not want to reinvent the wheel if there is already some simulated datasets available ;) and no offense taken ;)
