Creating files within R code
Hello,
I am writing an R code which uses kentUtils .
The tools from kentUtils create temporary files which are required for the code to progress, this code will be given to other users to use.
My question is what is the most appropriate way to deal with these files through the R code.
Should I create a specific directory to save these files in? And is it a good idea to implement kentUtils in an R code?
