Hello Everyone,

I need to know how can one generate protein descriptors and drug fingerprints. There are some like propy, dragon, etc.. to generate these. But what the various software (free) or packages available to achieve this (Not interested in any licensed version here)? Any web source where all this information available at one place? Materials, tutorials would be helpful if provided and given an insight about.
